How do I get side swept bangs?

I want my hair to be like this especially when tied:

My hair is straightened permanently btw.

Every day before I go to school, I take around 8 minutes to dry my hair using a hairdryer (I wash it everyday. I don't like not doing so) and less than 20 minutes to straighten the quite curly parts and curl the ends and curl my fringe (to make it look not stiff). But after a while, it would go curly at the roots..

My fringe is in between my nose and my lips. I'm planning to cut it myself to get side swept bangs like above.

How do I trim it? I don't want it to be really short, jus

And how do I straighten the bangs (using a hairdryer wouldn't make it stay cus I have - as you know - 8 hours of school) and not make it not go curly at the roots?

my bangs are like in the pictures,

first, your bangs have to be cut correctly to go in that angle

but what i do is part them the way i want them while my hair is pretty wet and then use the blow dryer and keep brushing them to the side and it gives them the side swept look, and usually when you cut them at that angle they will be kinda short at first, and when they grow out they look great.
