in my opinion the color is dark-blond with regular blond highlights.

oh thats easy im a brazilian and thats the same hair color i have its kind of complicated its not just plain old highlights its highlighting more towards the ends of ur hair and not the roots, first u will have to die ur hair a dark blonde or light brown then well the highlighting is more complicated its more of a split each part of ur hair in 2 one u will highlight the other u wont u do this through out ur whole hair and the highlights color will b a golden blonde, so avoid the roots of ur hair stay about 2 or 3 inches away from it but u should take it to ur hairdresser and the colors r a mixture of dark blonde and golden highlights
