Right now my hair is about half an inch longer than shoulder length.

Usually hair grows 1/2 inch per month. It grows faster in the summer than in the winter. So just estimate how many inches you want it to grow and mulitply by 2 !!! Be sure and find a good stylist who knows what 1/4 inch is and get that much taken off every 2-3 months. If you try to go without a haircut it will appear that your hair is not growing because it is slowly breaking off at the ends just as much as it is growing out!! Good luck, honey...Growing out hair is the worst. I have been growing out an inverted bob for 4 years, LOL... Being a stylist does not help unless you have some serious will power!!!

a lonnnng time. if ur old enough not to ask ur mom to get extentions..get them. but if u still have to ask u mom....ask her. or like ur hair for the time and wait a hecka long till u can get it that long!

well, it mainly depends on how fast your hair grows. but it'd probably take awhile. my hair's longer than hers, it's past my waist =)
