First thing you gonna have to let your hair grow out a bit and then you can take a picture of this guy to your barber or hair stylist and you will come out with this style the best bet is always to take a picture of the hair style you want because somtimes you try to explain to people what u want and you come out with something else so take the picture Good Luck!
