Try curling it with a curling iron. But when you curl it hold the iron straight so it doesnt get too curly and do a little bit of hair at a time. Well, what i do after is use a garnier fructis leave in conditioner for curly hair and maybe use a little hairspray. anyways, good luck !

OK, first when ur hair is damp wrap small sections at a time tightly around your finger. Then hairspray them, and unwrap your finger, it looks great!

but you can use mouse and scrunch it and maybe use a blow dryer and toss your hair around like a mad person then run your fingers through it to remove tangles! but dont brush or comb it because then theyll go away since im assuming your hair isnt natuarlly curly but to me your avatar doesnt look like your black and im assuming your not because if you were its likely you or your mama would know how to get curly hair! :]
