well, actually, i have that look, but i want to improve it by exaggerating my look. my hair gets that way, but before noon, it flattens. and my make up ALWAYS fades and runs. i use volumizing, regular, and air wax hairspray, and for make-up, i use remmel mascara, wet'n'wild eyeliner, and some eyeshadows...

can u tell me which products that are better and afordable to help me accomplish it???

To keep it up, you need a volumzing, or "fast freeze" hairspray,a blow dryer, and a comb. When you use hairspray, use aresol cans only...the spray, sprits kind weigh your hair down... and you have to tease it, and tease it like crazy! Also, I suggest if you want to keep the volume, don't wash your hair everyday...and if you do maybe try using a dry shampoo it cleans your hair, and takes out the dirt %26amp; grease...but it gives the hair a texture that when it is teased, it'll stay for about a whole school day. For instance, when I wash my hair and it's all moisturized and conditioned I've realized it won't stay teased for as long as when I use a dry shampoo.

and about the makeup I'm not sure if you want want to use mac, it is really good and the makeup will stay on for hours, and hours, however since it's like stage makeup some products are really cakey and make your skin look really bad after a couple of years. Maybe try hottopic, I heard their neon eyeshadows are really good, personally I don't use either.

just get every pink (eyeshadow) color that you can find and then put it all together ... just it dosen't matter whay brand... just try. And then to keep your hair up, tease it under the top hair and it WILL stay, ferrsher.

well print the picture and bring it to the hairdresser and say that's what you want with lots of layers and for make up go on youtube and type emo make up or smokey colored eye make up and they show you how to do it.

Personally, in my opinion- i don't find it attractive but that's me. Good luck with the new look! : )
