If you have naturally wavy or curly hair, deep condition it and let it air dry, then use a pick to comb it out if you need to.

If you have naturally straight hair, this is harder. Try using curl-intensifying shampoo or spray and then blow-dry it and style it.

Well, you should get some cuts like she did. Then condition your hair to make it soft. Blow dry your hair, then stick some bobby pins around your hair and leave it there for mabe 2 hours or leave it over night which will make it look much better. Then take off the pins carefully without pulling off your hair and there.
