two things:

1). hair cut. The guys on the pictures have lots of layers; yours do not. Ask the hairstylist for that style.

2). products. the guys' hair have been teased (you sort of "fluff" your hair up with the hair comb) while blow dried - and after applying some gel to the hair, possibly. Well, maybe his were natural (doubt it) but you need hair gel or mousse. I prefer gel.

also, his hair is highlighted. If you highlight your hair, you will likely look gay (as in homosexual) - somehow, most young guys with highlights do - nothing bad about it but just keep it in mind.

I think you'd be a good lookin guy if you weren't aiming for the grungy dirty look. That guy looks like hell. If you want your hair to look like his, stop washing yours...get some highlights...and don't take so much care to brush it in the morning. But why?
