My hairdresser tends to do choppy layers and straight across bangs, no matter how many times i go i never seem to be able to get her to understand what i want.
I would leave her but she still does an amazing job.

try to get a picture and show her how you want her hair. it helps tons. that way you can specify on the bangs or whatever. hope that helps! =]

Well she can't be doing THAT amazing of a job if she isn't cutting your hair the way you want. I say give her one more try, bringing in the picture to show her how you want it. If she doesn't do it right, then it is time to find a new hair dresser.
